Ida is amazing! She helped us sell a home and buy a home. We’re a military family and after years of keeping in touch with Ida it was time to finally work with her. While living in California she walked us through the process of preparing our Washington State home to sell. It needed work and she had a great list of contractors to reach out to so the home was ready to sell. Each contractor we talked to had nothing but great things to say about Ida and we always felt like we were in good hands. With her hard work and assistance from her team we sold our home very quickly. She was straight forward with us the whole time which we appreciated as we were out of state. She brings years of experience and a true love for her profession to work everyday. When it was time to buy a home in Kitsap County she went above and beyond with her team to get to every listing that popped up, they trekked through the woods for us to make sure the properties had what we were looking for, they were knowledgeable about the area, they knew what to look for at each property like high value items that could add to the cost of buying a home(roof failing, siding damage, window gaskets failing, etc). She helped us see the difference in homes that had pride in ownership verses those that had cheap updates added or were not cared for, things we couldn’t see online. Buying and selling our homes was stressful but we felt Ida, Felicia, and the whole team had our backs the whole time while we lived in another state. It’s been a year since we closed on our home and everyday day we are grateful for where we live and it’s because of Ida and Felicia. I think of them often as I sit back and look upon my home and where I get to live.

Writing this review for Ida is especially difficult and incredibly easy at the same time. Back in 2016 Ida helped my husband and I purchase our first home and it was an amazing experience. Ida is not your average real estate agent. She goes above and beyond EVERY SINGLE DAY. She comes with so much experience and isn’t afraid to be completely transparent no matter how it affects her bottom line. She genuinely just wants the best for every person she works with. This year we decided to sell the home Ida helped us buy and to no surprise Ida pulled this off without a hitch. She gave us step-by-step instructions on how to get our house ready and guided us to make sure that we got the best possible offer with the least amount of risk. Our home sold in no time. I will forever recommend Ida to every person I know looking to sell or buy a home. If you’re reading this review then I am urging you to PLEASE contact her. You will not only have the best real estate agent out there but a lifelong friend!
