I’ve worked with several agents in the area and Ida is absolutely the best out there. Not only is she responsive and dedicated to her clients, she is very knowledgeable about the market, types of homes, builders in the area, and even materials used in homes. She was very honest about a home when we asked her opinion and made sure we had every detail to ensure we didn’t pick a dud. She cares more about helping people than selling a home, and that is why we will utilize her when we sell our home and recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Ida helped my family find our dream home quickly and seamlessly. She was a joy to work with and I would absolutely recommend her to all of my family and friends.

I'm not one to write reviews but I would shout my recommendation for Ida Bear from the rooftops. Her knowledge of the market and attention to detail are second to none. More importantly, she really understands who you are and what it is you are looking for and deftly navigates around all impediments to make sure you get what you need, even if you are not sure what that something is. I literally cannot count the number of times she went way out of her way to make sure that something was done right. She spent countless hours searching, communicating, commuting, accessing her contacts, investigating, and getting to know me and my family. I really feel like I made a friend for life, heck, we're inviting her to our housewarming party, and I feel like she was honestly as happy that we found our dream home (thanks to her) as we were. Ida, thank you so much for everything. You deserve all the praise in the world.

Ida was simply the best! I’ve bought/sold six homes since 2002; that’s 10 total realtor transactions. By far Ida was the best realtor to work with. I would recommend her to my best friends, parents, anybody. And, when it’s time to rent or sell the home she helped us buy here in Bremerton, I will call her without hesitation. One example of her above and beyond - we bought a new build in July that would be finished in November. I was still stationed in San Diego during that time. Ida visited the build site once or twice a month and sent us a video of the progress. We didn’t ask her to do that but were very pleasantly surprised after receiving the first video. Then she sent another, and another, and another, until it was finished. Ida was beyond exceptional and a true professional. You may engage her services and rest assured you are in great hands!

Writing this review for Ida is especially difficult and incredibly easy at the same time. Back in 2016 Ida helped my husband and I purchase our first home and it was an amazing experience. Ida is not your average real estate agent. She goes above and beyond EVERY SINGLE DAY. She comes with so much experience and isn’t afraid to be completely transparent no matter how it affects her bottom line. She genuinely just wants the best for every person she works with. This year we decided to sell the home Ida helped us buy and to no surprise Ida pulled this off without a hitch. She gave us step-by-step instructions on how to get our house ready and guided us to make sure that we got the best possible offer with the least amount of risk. Our home sold in no time.
